Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

  • Exchanges: Yes, we accept exchanges.

  • Return Window: 30 days from the date of delivery.

  • Return Method: By mail.

  • Product Condition: Only new products are eligible. This includes items that are unopened in original packaging or never used.

  • Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for all return shipping or exchange costs.

  • Refund Processing Time: 7 business days.

  • Restocking Fee: No cost

  • You must inspect and report any damages within 24 hours of delivery.

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping and shipping of replacement items in the case of a refund or exchange.

  • Any returns must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging to qualify.

  • Estimated shipping times are provided to the best of our knowledge, but delays outside of Regenix Health USA’s control (e.g., manufacturer or carrier issues) may occur.

  • You may not cancel your order or file a chargeback due to delays outside our control.

Damages During Shipping

Damages during shipping are rare, but if they occur, please send an email with your order number, shipping slip, and pictures of the damages to contact@regenixhealthusa.com within 24 hours of delivery so we can file a claim on your behalf.

In such cases, you are eligible for either a 100% refund or a replacement product free of charge.
