SECTION 1: ONLINE STORE TERMS
1.1 You must be eighteen years of age to access the Online Store. By accessing, using, or visiting this Site, You represent that you are at least eighteen years of age or the age of majority in your country of residence, or that You authorize your minor dependent to use this Site.
1.2 All Terms of Use refer to the offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment for the Products, which include the hyperbaric chambers, components, and accessories provided for sale on this Site.
1.3 You may not use this Site or the Products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
1.4 We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order of any SKU of the Products. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

(v) remove the Service for indefinite periods of time or cancel the Service at any time, without notice to you.
2.2 Your content (not including credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
2.3 You shall not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any content on the website through which the Service is provided, without express written permission from us.
2.4 You must not transmit any worms, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in immediate termination of your access to this Site.

4.3 We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
SECTION 5: THE PRODUCTS
5.1 The “Products” include, but are not limited to, the hyperbaric chambers, components, and accessories provided for sale on this Site. Regenix Health USA does not offer Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy or Hyperbaric Air Therapy as a service.
5.2 Certain Products may be available exclusively online through this Site. These Products may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Refund Policy.
5.3 We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of the Products that appear at the store, but we make no guarantee with regards thereto.
5.4 We reserve the right to limit the sales of the Products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.
5.5 All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time, without notice, and at Regenix Health USA’s sole discretion.
5.6 We reserve the right to discontinue any stock keeping unit of the Products at any time.
5.7 Any offer for any product made on this site is void where prohibited.
5.8 We do not warrant that the quality of the Products will meet your expectations. However, we offer a free two-year warranty certificate on chambers and the Pro All-In-One unit; free lifetime support on all orders through Regenix Health USA & Authorized Retailers; and free shipping on all available items.
5.9 Home Use of the Products: Although Regenix Health USA Chambers are manufactured and designed to be used in the provision of HBOT and HBAT, Regenix Health USA does not provide HBOT and HBAT services. Chambers are FDA Class II medical devices, and the FDA recommends you check with your healthcare provider before use. When you order a chamber, you may be asked to submit a copy of your HBOT prescription. HBOT prescriptions are not required for hospitals, nursing homes, doctors’ offices, or healthcare facilities.
5.10 Clinical/Professional Use: Clinical or medical professionals must be a licensed Medical Doctor or above to purchase a hyperbaric chamber. To administer sessions to clients, you must have a hyperbaric technician certificate, be a licensed physician or above, and have a licensed physician and hyperbaric technician available to oversee sessions. Regenix Health USA holds the right to refuse service to those who cannot prove certifications or prescriptions. Once you obtain a prescription, please email it to contact@regenixhealthusa.com. Any usage over 1.4 ATA is considered medical-grade hyperbaric pressure.
SECTION 6: ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
6.1 You shall provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
6.2 You shall promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
SECTION 7: OPTIONAL TOOLS
7.1 We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control or input.
7.2 You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools ”as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind.
7.3 Any use by you of the optional tools offered through the site is entirely at your own risk.
7.4 We may offer new Services and/or features through the website in the future. Such new features and/or Services shall also be subject to these Terms of Use.
SECTION 8: USER COMMENTS, FEEDBACK AND OTHER SUBMISSIONS
8.1 If you send submissions (such as contest entries, ideas, suggestions, plans, or other materials), you agree that we may use, edit, copy, publish, distribute, and translate them at any time without restriction.
8.2 We are under no obligation to maintain comments in confidence, pay compensation, or respond to comments.

12.2 Limitation of Warranties: TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES. Use of the Service is at your risk.
12.3 Limitation of Liabilities: Regenix Health USA and affiliates are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the Service or products.
SECTION 14: INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Regenix Health USA and affiliates from any claim or demand arising out of your breach of these Terms.
SECTION 15: SEVERABILITY
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder shall still be valid.
SECTION 16: TERMINATION
16.1 Obligations incurred prior to termination survive termination.
16.2 You may terminate by ceasing use of the Site.
